A little more on our friend, Jack the Ripper

So last night I had the opportunity to get a little better acquainted with the Jack the Ripper strain. I've gotta say... my opinion has changed. Quite dramatically, actually.

I have this buddy, and needless to say we smoke together. Now, he's a pain in the ass sometimes, and doesn't really follow stoner etiquette. He's honestly a little selfish, and sometimes a dick. But, there are all kinds of people in this world, and he does contribute in his own way. Anyway, last night he and I rolled up a nice little power joint and headed out for a midnight blaze. (This is one of the better joints I've rolled, for sure) We puffed, puffed, and passed, and saluted our fallen soldier after he'd been smoked down to filter. Within about 5 minutes of the first drag, I was in a completely new zone. I was walking with new pep in my step, and had an "I can tackle the world" attitude. A feeling of absolute happiness washed over me, starting from my feet, all the way up through the ends of each one of my hairs. Everything felt... well, splendid.

Post joint burn, we headed over to get some midnight breakfast at our campus' dining. Ladies and Gents, this whole experience was amazing. I walked into the dining area, and immediately felt like a secret agent. I don't know why, but I was under cover, and nobody could know... it was so, so awesome. I also had a good long talk with a friend while waiting for my omelet, and was able to converse regularly. I think. Regardless, I had an awesome time getting food. When I finally ate the omelet, I swear I had an orgasm in my mouth. Never have I been more sensitive and receptive to the tastes of food! Every bite was an adventure.

That brings me to my final point about Jack the Ripper - it's a total adventure weed. If you have the opportunity to go do something, do it. I don't care what it is, it'll be absolutely nuts. Seriously, just go for a walk in the park, or converse with friends, something like that. I guarantee you won't regret it.
